About Us...

In, 1991 - Bill & Karen Lloyd saw the need for an upscale - indoor craft show during the nationally recognized War Eagle Weekend.  Their first show, established in October 1991,was held in the ballroom convention center, of the Holiday Inn, in Springdale – with 62 booths . Four years later, in 1994 –  with the construction of the NW Arkansas Convention Center, parallel to the hotel, they extended their show into the new convention center, filling both the hotel and the NW Arkansas Convention Center.   With a well established Fall show - the Lloyds’ added a spring show in May.  Over the years, the Lloyds have added a few outside booths in front of the convention -  which include a variety of "wares",  kettle corn and ornamental, indoor and outdoor decorative iron.

In 2003, with the Springdale show bursting at the seams, the Lloyds added their 2nd Fall show location, with the construction of the Embassy Suites Hotel in Rogers. They held their show in the hotel for 2 years and then moved into the John Q Hammons Center when it was added onto the hotel in 2005.

In 2014, with the tremendous growth of their 2 day, indoor shows -  the Lloyds added a 3rd Fall show location -  a 3 day show - Thursday - Saturday, at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Fayetteville.  This was an exciting time of new growth and expanded opportunities for Ozark Regional Craft Festivals, –as it offered both indoor/outdoor booths, endless parking facilities, a variety of food concessions, music festivities, vendor RV parking and Ozark Regional Festivals were pleased to have "show presence" in 3 major towns in NW Arkansas. Each location with visibility and easy access from Interstate 49.

Celebrating 30 years in 2020, the Ozark Regional Craft Festivals have been a family affair. From the beginning in 1991 to present day - The Lloyds' 3 children have been involved  from "baby stroller to grown adult" and currently involved in  the details of all show locations. The Lloyds have travelled thousands of miles and visited hundreds of shows over the years, in an effort to find and invite the most talented artisan and craftsman, who sell the most unique, quality "wares". Their shows have a reputation for being "the best of the best" in beautiful NW Arkansas.
